My Navien combi boiler was experiencing major issues, i called Fred Kau, they fit me in same day as we had no heat/no hot water. They sent Graham an experienced technician who fixed my system even stayed late to do so. Cant say better things about this company 10/10

Be cautious with their billing practices. I’ve noticed a consistent pattern of technicians overstating the amount of time they spend on the job. Other reviewers have mentioned the same issue.
