John is a great guy. Those bad reviews because they called those middleman companies who are on top of Google results, who contracted out to local technicians like John. John cannot negotiate the price of the middleman companies. John did a great job on fixing my electrical problem.

STAY AWAY! This company will cause a house fire in your home. First they lie about the “house visit” costs. They say it’s $60 and charged $150. Then when we said we didn’t want to go with them they left the electric box open and wires hanging.

John Lin did a very good job for me. He was very affordable. He took the time to investigate and determine what the problem was. He found out that the light switch was broken. He saved me a lot of hassle and time and replaced the light switch. I highly recommend this electrician to people!
