After calling about a job to be done at my home, and having the necessary equipment already in my possession, they were supposed to call me back to confirm an appointment, but two weeks later I haven't heard anything.

The heater they came to install only works half the time. When they came back to check it after my complaint, the grumpy old man opened it and said it works, so it's not our job to leave.
